30x60 Warehouse Building

This is a Steel Warehouse project design by Xingtai New Energy Engineering, The size is 30m(Width)*60m(Length)*6m(Height). This is an African project, and its main purpose is for customers to store goods. And it is a one storey warehouse project, The roofs of low-rise warehouses are mostly sloping roofs, so the roof structure basically uses a triangular roof truss system made of cold-formed steel components. The light steel components form a very strong structure after the structural plates and gypsum boards are sealed. "Slab-rib structure system", this kind of structure system has stronger seismic resistance and resistance to horizontal load, and is suitable for areas with seismic intensity of 8 degrees or more. This steel structure warehouse building has light weight, high strength, good overall rigidity and strong deformability. The weight of the building is only one-fifth of the brick-concrete structure, and it can withstand a hurricane of 70 meters per second, so that life and property can be effectively protected.

Due to the increase in steel production in China, many countries around the world have begun to adopt steel structure warehouses. Specifically, they can be divided into light and heavy steel structure warehouses. Industrial and civil construction facilities made of steel are called steel structures:

1. The steel structure is light in weight, high in strength and large in span.

2. The construction period of steel structure buildings is short, which reduces investment costs accordingly.

3. The steel structure building has high fire resistance and strong corrosion resistance.

4. The steel structure building is easy to move, and the recycling is pollution-free.
